Businesses normally want accounts for two reasons:
- To provide information for company directors and business owners, to assist them in the running of the business (management accounts)
- To send to external bodies, such as Companies House, Revenue & Customs, banks and mortgage lenders (annual accounts).
We help with preparing the annual accounts, which most businesses are required to produce. This is one of our core services. We ensure that the accounts are as accurate and meaningful as they can be, based on the available information.
In addition, often for not much extra cost, useful management information can be prepared every quarter, or even monthly. This can help enormously - providing objective data to supplement your ‘gut feel’ about how the business is doing. These reports are tailored according to the particular needs of each business, and using charts and graphs where possible to illustrate and highlight trends.
